The location here was great for exploring the Bay Area, absolutely perfect for us.

Had excellent stay for a family vacation. Booked a room with breakfast included. The location was nice and unbeatable, right by stores and malls and even the 680 and 880 freeways, super market and restaurants, market, and freeway. Furthermore, in the Bay Area.

Shame the bathroom was nasty.

Breakfast is utter non sense

Location is good. Very near Safeway Mall, restos and hospital.

The only downside is if you stay for less than 7 days, they will not clean the room unless you pay extra. For a hotel with this rate, cleaning should be part of the regular service.

The location was favorable and absolutely perfect for me, in the Bay Area. I randomly popped into Peet's Coffee & Tea serving some pastries, located at a moderate distance from the hotel – it was nice. Luxurious room that was also spacious with breakfast included.

Great staff, perfect location for cycling over Sierra Vista in the mornings and for shopping when cooking in the room.

Breakfast wasn't very good - it was billed as a feature.

Nothing special.

There were ants in our room. A burnt out light the shower wasn't cleaned from previous guest. We had to wait until 7 am to check out to get our $100 cash deposit back (that we wernt informed we needed to put down until we checked in) when we wanted to be on the road by 6 am.

The location is great and unbeatable, with shopping centers nearby. We visited Peet's Coffee & Tea for coffee and treats, and it was conveniently close to the hotel. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed having breakfast included when we upgraded.

I like that it had a kitchen room was good size

The room was not that clean the microwave was dirty the counters and stove needed wiping the shower was a little dirty the bathroom and kitchen floor needed mopping laundry room was dirty . We stayed three days and got charge three different prices each day we stay there 119.85 and 116.99 and 110.50 We have stayed at other hotels for three days and the hotel charge us the same price each day

When it comes to staying around here, this place is a great choice! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are a good size, with an amazingly comfy bed. 🛏️ Plus, the bathroom is spacious and really top-notch.

The location was exactly what I wanted.

I had to bring my blanket from the car... what was provided was not warm. No coffee pot in the room without requesting it. Back door was propped open and made me feel unsafe. No Ice machine. Please note an equitable priced hotel had down comforters. The drain for the tub did not seal and there was dirt caked just around the door jam while everything else was sparkly. Hot water ran out quickly.

The lobby looked nice but that's all we got to see due to poor service

We clicked the late checkout option when booking and even had the curtousy to call when we realized we would be a little later than expected (30 min) get to the lobby. Hollered called the hotel from the lobby. And ended up getting a room elsewhere. All together was here a good 45 minutes
